Why are my current Google or Meta ads not working?
The most common reasons are: targeting too broad an audience, weak landing pages, not enough conversion data for the algorithm to optimise, poor creative or copy, and incorrect conversion tracking. We audit all of these before recommending changes.
How do you handle the iOS 14 privacy changes that affected Meta tracking?
We implement server-side tracking (Conversions API) alongside the standard pixel, verify events in Meta's Events Manager, and use modelled conversions to fill in the gaps. This is now standard practice and we have it set up properly for all clients.
Do you work on commission or a fixed management fee?
We charge a fixed monthly management fee based on the scope of work. We don't take a percentage of ad spend because that creates an incentive to spend more of your money, not less. Your ad budget stays your ad budget.
